  • Pivoted the team to an async “Always On” global mindset, acted as agency Lead technical SME through speaking engagements and content development, and realigned RevOps team objectives to support global expansion.

Planet Home Lending (July 2020 - June 2022)
$618M mortgage and loan servicing firm. Initially hired to build out nurture strategies for the business and migrate marketing efforts to Marketo for Retention team but expanded responsibilities to oversee the marketing tech stack used across the business.

MarTech Director
MarTech SME Lead, overseeing implementation, refinements and compliance of tech stack to support B2B GTM initiatives. Reported to the Chief Marketing Officer, managed 5 vendors, 3-4 employees and interns, and a $250-500K budget. 

  • Recruited and onboarded new hires to grow team capabilities. 

  • Developed over 20+ omnichannel campaign strategies (including email, paid, social, text, chat, direct mail and calls) across B2B and B2C customer journeys for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. 

  • Architected and launched process to send dynamic offers at scale for 150K+ email communications per week leveraging Velocity Scripting and migrating from ClickDimensions to Marketo enabling data flow to track end-to-end funnel campaign conversions and successes.
